Cleaning
Surprise, surprise! Cleaning is one of the best ways to maintain your equipment. Your furnace helps push and pull air throw your house all-year-round. It's about time she got a little love!
Inspection
We'll inspect all the major components of your furnace and provide personalized comments on the state of your equipment. We offer a 90-day callback guarantee for every furnace maintenance.*
Filter Replacement
Filters should be checked monthly and changed as needed. Making sure filters aren't clogged up with dust, and especially animal hair, can significantly reduce wear and tear on your furnace. We'll make sure to throw out any old filters and set up a fresh one (add'l charges apply).
*Don't pay a diagnostic fee on service calls for maintenance equipment for 90 days.
